CALL FOR NOMINATIONS TO THE BOARD

All members are hereby notified that the following board positions will be vacated at the

2025 Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’):

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Treasurer

  • Assistant Treasurer

  • Assistant Secretary

  • Director x4

Eligible members are invited to nominate for one or more of the above positions. Nomination forms are available at the Main Bar during normal trading hours.

Nominations close at 6:00pm on Thursday 23rd October 2025.

If required, election of directors will be conducted prior to the AGM by way of ballot by Returning Officer Steve Evans.
